Refund policy
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product through Free Spirit Designs, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
Free Spirit Designs may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, possible errors in the description, price of the product, or for any other error in your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Shipping is included in the price with every purchase.
Free Spirit Designs is currently only shipping to the US Contiguous 48 states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at marketplace@freespiritdesigns.biz to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted on items that have been installed and are no longer in their original packaging.
Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Free Spirit Designs reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. There is a 30% restocking fee applied to any items that are being returned not due to damage caused during shipping.
Cancellations
For all orders that are canceled prior to items shipping, a full refund will be given to the customer.
Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we will charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We are always reviewing and updating our website for inaccuracies. We reserve the right to make changes to our website without prior notification.
